How it works

One market, one contractor, every call.

We own and run local service websites. You rent the calls they produce. Here is exactly what that means.

What we do

  • Research trades and towns where homeowners search and existing results are weak.
  • Build a website for that trade in that town, written from local research, with its own phone number.
  • Do the slow work of getting it found: content, listings and links, over several months.
  • Forward every call to the contractor renting the market, and keep a log of each one.

What you do

  • Answer the phone, quote, and do the work under your own business and licence.
  • Tell us if your number changes, or if you need calls paused for a while.

The free trial

Once a market is producing calls, we offer it to one local business first. We forward the next ten calls to you free. If they are worth your time, we agree a monthly rent. If not, you walk away and owe nothing.

Rent and terms

  • Flat monthly rent, agreed per market before you start. Billed monthly by card.
  • Month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
  • Exclusive. While you rent a market, nobody else receives its calls.
  • We keep the website and phone number. If you stop renting, the calls go to the next business.

Current markets and their price ranges are on the markets page.

Calls and recordings

Every caller hears a short notice that the call may be recorded before it connects. Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call to record it, and the notice gives the caller the chance to hang up first. Recordings and call logs let both of us see what the market is sending.

We do not use recordings or caller details for anything other than running the service and checking that calls are genuine.

What we are not

Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC is an advertising and referral service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform or supervise any work, and we do not hold trade licences. Each site says so on its disclosure page. We cannot promise a number of calls in any month; search demand rises and falls with the season.
