Who we are

Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC ("Pinecrest", "we") operates pinecrestadvisory.com and a number of local service websites. Questions about this notice can be sent through our contact form.

What we collect on this website

• Contact form: the name, company, email, phone, market and message you send us.
• Spam protection: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeat submissions. We do not store the address itself. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated traffic.
• Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data to deliver and protect the site.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers.

Calls to our local service sites

Calls to the phone numbers on our local service sites are routed through Twilio. We log the calling number, the approximate location the phone network reports, the time and length of the call, and, after a spoken notice, a recording. We may create a written transcript of a recording and use automated tools to check whether a call is a genuine enquiry or spam. Callers' details are shared with the contractor who receives the call so they can respond.

Billing

Card payments from contractors are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and business records are kept as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. Call transcripts are deleted after about 18 months.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form.
